Friday Showcase Menu (Offerings Subject to Change and Availability)

HOT DRINKS

Vietnamese Coffee -- Gourmet coffee for which each cup is brewed individually and traditionally served with sweetened condensed milk (but is great black, too) for a rich, bold, chocolaty flavor.

Regular or Decaf Coffee

Hot Chocolate -- Chocolate chips, brown sugar and skim milk, optional whipped cream, or add peppermint, orange, or shaved almonds

Dark Chocolate Hot Chocolate

Loose Leaf Tea -- By the pot or the cup (selection of 15 at the counter)

Hot Apple Cider -- With a dash of cinnamon on top

 

COLD DRINKS

Iced Chai Tea Latte

Lemonade -- Fresh squeezed to order

Iced Tea -- Green or black iced tea, optional add pomegranate juice

Half and half (lemonade and iced tea)

Bubble Teas (Green Tea, Black Tea, or Coconut) -- A sweetened, cold beverage with tapioca pearls

Acai Juice (16oz) -- Antioxidant rich, has a berry flavor with a subtle chocolate aftertaste

 

FOOD

Soups -- Served with a small piece of locally-made bread

Carrot Ginger Cashew (vegan-friendly)

Red Pepper Tomato

Pita Chips and Organic Hummus optional add veggies (carrots, celery, & red pepper)

 

DESSERTS

Cinnamon Ice Cream -- With whipped cream and chocolate or caramel sauce

Pumpkin Pie -- With whipped cream, optional add a scoop of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream

Krin’s Cupcakes (Vanilla or chocolate with buttercream frosting, Coconut)

Krin’s Macaroons -- Coconut and Honey Macaroons dipped in dark chocolate

Rugula -- Raspberry & Walnut or Chocolate

Biscotti -- Viva Cioccolati or Triple Chocolate

Birnn Truffles -- Irish Cream in dark chocolate, Caramel in dark chocolate, Raspberry in dark chocolate, or Orange Cream in dark chocolate
